Covers in Fair Condition due to loss of leather to the corners and portions on the spine, Interior in Very Good Condition. There is a small article pasted on the upper corner of page 11, which is pertinent to one of the family names on that page. Signed on the front end paper 'M. D. Seipt (Manilius Detweiller Seipt) in 1916 with 2 ink stamps of the same name. He is listed in the book as was his mother 'Lydia Kratz Detweiler'. VG+ to near fine with a bit of spine cloth worn through along the spine/bd folds, all else quite nice looking. Quite uncommon in this First Hardcover Edition and signed.…
