Paper over boards is edge rubbed with wear to bumped corners, general light shelf wear. Previous owner's bookplate on front endpaper. Book plate identifies the book as belonging to William A. Blair of North Carolina, a treasurer of the Conference for Education in the South at the time that Ogden was its president. Presentation copy from Henry E.
