It also can be mixed in with deserts, salads and savory dishes to improve their appearance (as a setting agent). Many delicious recipes. (No date, but 1950s, Trove. This 36p pamphlet is about 1957. A presumed earlier 28p version is dated 1954.).
Soft cover. Condition: Good. 32 pp. Dark green illustrated wrappers, edges protected with clear tape. This booklet is one of the earliest produced by the Davis Gelatine Co. [1920's]. Quite scarce.
