This book is a collection of papers presented at the Buell family's centennial reunion in 1899, giving readers a glimpse into the lives and contributions of this prominent American family. The Buells trace their lineage back to 13th century England, and their descendants have played si…gnificant roles in American history. The book also explores the family's religious and social life, offering insights into the values and beliefs that shaped their experiences. Through letters, reminiscences, and historical documents, the author paints a vivid portrait of a family that has left an enduring mark on American history and society.
