Stapled Sheets. Condition: Very Good. First Edition. Full-sized, 8 1/2" x 11", four sheets side stapled, mimeographed both sides. Some moisture stains, gentle creases, and rusty staples. First issue (and possibly only) of this news paper, mainly written by Giampa, who would have been 16 years old at the time. Mainly concerning the Canadian Federal election of 1965 in which the candidates for Prime Minister were Pearson, Diefenbaker, Douglas, Thompson, and Caouette. Giampa interviews the local Communist candidate Caron, and writes articles about John Diefenbaker and Jack Davis. Charles Butterfield, first year student at UBC, writes a 1 1/2 page article about the upcoming election "The Students' Viewpoint".

Written, designed, illustrated, and typeset by Jim Rimmer (1934-2010) and digitalized and printed by Gerald Giampa (1950-2009); a fine copy. This broadside highlights F.W.Goudy's font, Hadriano, 'drawn and digitalized from newly cast metal types for a faithful translation of Goudy's original letterforms'.

This broadside is basically an advertisement for Giampa Textware Corp., and Goudy's Hadriano Font, "Now in Digital Font Format".
