Manuscript/typed text presented to Arthur Addington and bound by him in three folio volumes in brown buckram, copy of Gerald Paget?s obituary from The Times dated 7.3.1980 pasted to the recto of the free end paper and on the verso of volume 1?s front free end paper a presentation note written by Gerald Paget to Arthur Addington. All three volumes have a Title Page in manuscript by Arthur Addington (A.C.A.) and dated 1977. The manuscript consists of carbon copy and some top copy typed pages (recto only) with hand written margin notes and text underlining. Volume 1: 450 leaves; volume 2: 557 leaves; volume 3: 398 leaves, including 11 hand written family trees. [Note: Among papers left to the British Library by Gerald Paget is another manuscript copy of this work. No formal publication of this work appears to have been undertaken] [QH] [QP].
