EDges lightly rubbed as well. Bookplate, stamps, and card pocket on endpapers and title page. Pencil marks in the margins of many pages, but binding is tight. A history of the Catholic Church in Natchez, Mississippi, illustrated with occasional black and white plates. This copy is signed and inscribed by Bishop Gerow on the front endpaper.

A very scarce history of the Catholic Church in Mississippi, focusing on specific churches and bishops and containing a section of photographs of clergymen. This copy is inscribed and signed by Rev. Gerow (7th bishop of the Diocese of Natchez) on the first blank page, and includes the errata slip on the rear free endpaper.
