Condition: Good. 40 clean pages, unmarked except for affectionate inscription on front paste down & an arrow with words "Our Apartment" pointing to window in photo on p. 15; photographic end papers; many interesting photos in color and b&w as well as drawings; firm binding; hard glossy photographic cover is clean but there is slight bumping on corners and some abrasion at crown and along sides of spine. Book describes an attractive suburb of Sydney,Australia, pop. 40,000 at that time, with beautiful beaches.

Folio (31x30.5cm), hardback, unpaginated. Goodish condition. No dustwrapper. General wear, bruised at spine extremities, tape marks to lower front cover, chipped edges and corners with boards showing through, bumped. sunned, some foxing. Presentation plate at free front endpaper, signed by the Lord Mayor and dated 16/10/1950. With b&w photographs. Pictures available on request.
