Paul Fort. Le 12 Novembre 1932.' With an additional list of names in Fort's hand. Single page prospectus for the book and an additional one for another title by Paul Fort entitled 'L'Arche de noe'. Handwritten envelope addressed to Alwyn Manton in Paris postmarked 1938 loosely inserted. Paul Fort (1872-1960) was a French poet associated with the Symbolist movement. He founded the Theatre d'Art and two literary reviews Livre d'Art and Vers et Prose, the latter with Apollinaire. Internally clean and sound. Small tears at head and foot of spine, upper hinge weak, covers slightly foxed otherwise near very good. Slight wear, otherwise near very good. Signedes.
