First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: As New. No Jacket. 1st Edition. First edition hardcover, oversized catalog (no dust jacket as issued). 168 p. Includes detailed entries and hundreds of full color illustrations documenting all 221 treasures selected for this exhibit and catalog. Includes images of rare, often one-of-a-kind, first editions and dust jackets, holograph letters, original manuscripts of short stories, original artwork, rare film posters, and pages from rare editions. One of the rarest items featured is the only known 1892 first edition of The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes in its original dust jacket. The Mysterious Bookshop reported that it was published in only 500 copies, but this has not been confirmed.
