A satirist & author of just three books he seems to have lived in the Low Countries [his Neaste Of Wasps was printed in the town of Dort]. His works appeared without the name of the Printer or Publisher being mentioned - this may have been due to failure to obtain a license to print. Goddards Satire is directed at women & marriage.
