En esta segunda edición, Münster añadió a su diccionario (a partir de la p. 239) el 'De Hebraeis urbium, regionum, populorum, fluminum, montium, et aliorum locorum nominibus liber', obra de Matthäus Goldhahn [Matthew Aurogallus], lingüista bohemio profesor de hebreo en la Universidad de Wirtemberg, que había trabajado en traducciones para Lutero y Melanchthon. Al faltarle la portada, a este ejemplar le falta en consecuencia la epístola de Münster al ?cándido? lector, que se imprimió en su verso.
