The book is a hardcover, specially bound with a red leatherette spine, gilt spine lettering over blue striped white paper covers. The publisher is not explicitly stated; it appears to have been privately printed by the author in conjuction with the United States Equestrian Team. This is a clean, tight and unmarked book.
