The exterior shows some areas of light soiling, the edges and corners also show light bumps/wear. The internal binding is good, no hinge cracks. There is some foxing and smudge marks present but this is mainly on the end pages and pastedowns. The front pastedown contains a 1907 gift inscription and both the pastedown and front end page contains an ink stamp showing the book belong to the attorney Charles A. Locke of Pittsburgh PA.
