Soft cover. Condition: Good +. Stapled brochure. Paper covers have some separation, about an inch at the bottom and half an inch at the top of the spine. Some light creasing to covers. Back cover has a small tear and some creasing to the top corner, and a tiny tear on top edge. Corners have some fairly mild bumping.
