Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. First American Edition. VG/good, used, 1st printing, blue colored cloth binding with gilt text on spine224pp plus errata and addenda to rear. Interior clean, no marks, binding tight. Shelf rubbing to dj, dj is price-clipped but there is an old price sticker pasted to the inside fold-over. Several tears to the head and tail of the spine which have been taped together, tape repair along the upper fore-edge, corners rubbed and slightly torn.
