Die Beschriftungen gekonnt kalligraphiert. Kunstleder der Zeit, Kordelbindung. Kordel etwas gelockert, leichte Gebrauchsspuren, Beschriftung auf dem Titelbl…att am unteren Rand geringfügig verwischt. Insgesamt sehr guter Zustand. Unikat! Ein bemerkenswertes Zeitdokument zur Witschaftsgeschichte von Berlin und speziell von Steglitz. Das Haus der Wirtschaft wurde am 24. Januar 1948 eröffnet, und das Album dokumentiert die Baumaßnahmen und die Renovierung der Räumlichkeiten von der ersten Besichtigung im November 1947 bis zur Eröffnungsfeier mit den üblichen Ansprachen, unter anderen Ferdinand Friedensburg (von 1946 bis 1951 stellvertretender Oberbürgermeister von Groß-Berlin).
