Die Beschriftungen gekonnt kalligraphiert. Kunstleder der Zeit, Kordelbindung. Kordel etwas gelockert, leichte Gebrauchsspuren, Beschriftung auf dem Titelblatt am unteren Rand geringfügig verwischt. Insgesamt sehr guter Zustand. Unikat! Ein bemerkenswertes Zeitdokument zur Witschaftsgeschichte von Berlin und speziell von Steglitz. Das Haus der Wirtschaft wurde am 24.
