In fact, this Near Fine hardback looks to be unread, although there is one tiny nick at the very base of the spine, which could be a manufacturing fault. The binding is beautiful beneath the jacket, the gilt signature of Bernard Shaw is bright, the spine is unbroken and the bright blue and gold title rectangle is superb. The book is in a protected Fine unclipped jacket, and the elusive signature is directly written boldly, without a message, on the title page. An unusual book, perfect for the collector.
