Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Small (approx 5" x 7.25") 1862 hardback volume quarter bound in blue buckram with blue marbled paper boards and hand written title sticker. In very good condition, with very minor wear on corners. 16pp, recording the speech on Canadian Affairs of The Hon A T Galt, former Finance Minister of Canada, at the Chamber of Commerce, Manchester on 26th September 1862.
