Small (12 mo), slim (63 pages) hardcover is a FIRST EDITION, First Printing from 1916, not a modern reprint. Blue cloth-wrapped spine with tan paper-covered boards with a blue design & lettering. Tipped-in reproduction of a colorful coastline painting by William Keith serves as Frontispiece. Condition is Good: generally very clean, with large toned areas inside both covers (looks like from old newspaper clippings). Former owner's name in neat pen on half title page. Binding is strong & straight. Heavy rubbing to extremities, bumped corners, fraying to cloth at both ends of spine.
