Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Cover by Marvin Israel (illustrator). Not a book but a 12-inch, 33-1/3 rpm "long playing high fidelity" (mono) vinyl record album, Atlantic 8005, "Good" vinyl (scratches) in a very-good-minus cardboard jacket signed several times by Previous Owner (NOT by Joe Turner) to soiled jacket verso. Big Joe offers Jesse Stone's (as Charles E. Calhoun) "Shake, Rattle & Roll" and "Flip, Flop & Fly"; Jerome Solon Felder's (as Doc Pomus) "Boogie Woogie Country Girl,"; Armenter Chatman's (as Bo Carter) "Corrine Corrina,"; and Ahmet Ertegun's (as A. Nugetre) "Sweet Sixteen" and "Chains of Love" (though Ertegun reportedly bought "Chains of Love" from original songwriter Doc Pomus for $50), eight others. (This is not the "Chains" recorded by The Beatles. That one was by Carole King & Jerry Goffin, originally for Little Eva's backup group, The Cookies. Reduced from $14.
