No Binding. Condition: Good. Portrait of Andreas Creusen. Born 1591 in Maastricht, The Netherlands. Died 9 November 1666 in Brussels, Belgium. Etching and Engraving by Jacob Pitau (1623-1673), c. 1660. Good condition. A beautiful strong and early impression. Paper slightly soiled. Some minor creasing. Verso: blank. Note: dimensions reflect the plate mark. Dimensions: 175 x 118 mm. Andreas Creusen was Bishop, Theologian, Roman Catholic priest, Archbishop, Archbishop of Mechelen, Bishop of Roermond, Archdeacon of Brabant, Councillor to the Holy Roman Emperor, Great-chaplain to the imperial armies in Germany and Hungary, and Canon of the cathedral of Cambrai. c. 1660.
