ND.The covers and spine are edge worn, there is a short tear at the heel of the spine which is also frayed at the bottom. There is a damp stain on the top of all the pages and the hinge is cracked between the second and third front end pages. Some of the pages are uncut and page 47 has a two inch tear and there was a bookmark left in the book and left a shadow on both page forty six and seven. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
