The Des Moines Register syndicated cartoonist Jay N. Darling was an institution for decades in American politics. He also won two Pulitzer Prizes for his work. Here is a collection of "Ding's" cartoons on his friend Herbert Hoover, each accompanied by some context. Dust jacket has some water staining inside down the spine, but it is barely noticeable and it did not affect the book.
