Manuscript / Paper Collectible
Production Draft #2 for an unproduced film, a duplicated working copy with copied hole punches, with manuscript ink and pencil annotations on the versos or rectos of 26 pages. Film is noted in IMDB, but we found no other evidence of it having been completed or distributed. Based on Mark Leyner's 1992 absurdist postmodern novel, wherein, a hyper-narcissistic author named Mark Leyner, with tattooed internal organs and cyborg-enhanced bodyguards, becomes an intergalactic celebrity. Front wrapper integral with title page, dated October 3, 1997, noted as Production Draft #2, with credits for screenwriter Jefery Levy and author Mark Leyner. 117 leaves, with last page of text numbered 115. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, bound with two gold brads.
