Letter 2: Dated December 13, 1960. From Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who was Vice President of India at the time. Radhakrishnan gives encouragement to Jerome Salzmann for his work. One page, TLS, plus the envelope. Russell apologizes for the delay in response and explains that he had been overwhelmed with correspondence since his release from prison.
