Illustrations lightly offset, light foxing prelims v. 2, small chip from half-title v. 1, overall still very near fine, in custom mylar covers. Quarter tan calf, marbled boards Revised and annotated edition from the Author's own interleaved copy.

London, The Navarre Society Limited, 1927, 2 volumes in-8, maroquin havane, plats décorés à froid, dos à nerfs orné d'un fin filet doré sous chacun des nerfs, pièce de titre et de tomaison en maroquin vert, tête rouge. Récit illustré de la vie de ce gentleman qui marqua de sa personnalité la vie mondaine de la première moitié du XIXème siècle. Reliure insolée et quelques taches, légère usure, piqûres internes, infimes déchirures, brochage fragile. Livres.
