The covers are edge worn, are rubbed, the front board has some small light damp stains and the back board has a half a dozen light damp stains and one looks like it was from a glass as it is circular. The spine is faded a bit, there is a ridge down the spine and wear to the head and heel. The ffe is beginning to separate from the top and is darkened along the hinge. The rear free end paper is creased a few times and the back hinge is cracked and there is some yellowing between pages where there was a paper left. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Signed by Author.
