Covers exhibit light wear and soiling on corners and edges. Spiral bound spine is tight. Moderate soiling and shelf wear on back cover. Light soiling on front cover. Light soiling to page ends. The many very nice full page b&w photos and detailed map on stiff card stock are clean and unmarked.
