The author (a follower of Moral Re-Armament and at a later period of the charismatic movement) was chaplain to the Bishop in Rangoon from 1938 to 1941. George West (1893-1980), also a follower of Moral Re-Armament, was Anglican Bishop of Rangoon from 1934 to 1954.…
