This is a supplemental promotional catalogue for this company which made fixtures for small, mostly rural, post offices. These include post office boxes, windows and counters. The front wrapper has an uncolored street scene of the company's factory in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

Softcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. This is a pocket-size booklet, wrapped in a tri-fold cardcover. There is no publication date listed, but includes 1890 and 1891 calendars on the rear flap - so assume 1890. The cardcover wrappers include an image of the Madison, Wisconsin factory, and images of farm implements made by the company. In addition to the text pages in the Pocket Companion, there are several (>10) additional B&W images of farm implements offered by the company. These include: Road and Grading Plow; Red, White and Blue Mowing Machine; several Rakes and Plows; Bonanza Riding Corn Cultivator; Force Drop Planter and Check-Rower. A couple of small spots on the rear tri-fold cover. ~3/8" closed tear at the bottom edge of the front tri-fold cover. The covers are somewhat age-toned, else clean. The pages are also age-toned, but clean. There is a cardstock page at the rear (containing an image of the Bonanza Prairie Breaker Plow that makes up a pocket for storing small documents. The page has an ~2" closed tear. A scarce, interesting item, in quite good condition. ; 27C; 6-1/8" x 3-1/2"; 52 pages.
