Front board unattached from binding. Leather at edges of board and spine is worn. Boards lightly rubbed. Gold lettering on spine is shiny and legible. Leather at bottom edge of spine worn away, binding exposed. Toning around margins of front and rear endpapers. Pages remain in excellent shape with neat and legible text. Boards are loosely attached to spine. Leather at top and bottom edges of spine and boards is worn. Boards toned across surfaces. Darker spots of black discoloration on spine near top edge. Leather on spine faded, gold lettering still shiny and legible. Tan staining, likely from water damage, on front endpapers. Toning along margins of rear endpapers. More water staining around edges of pages. Text on pages is still neat and legible. Minor waviness to pages. Binding secure with no missing pages. Good condition.
