As issued in five worn original printed cloth clad portfolios. Some plates and text leaves with pencil notations. Minimal tear in the title leaf to part 2. Small paper damage near the edge of plates 177 & 178. The introductory texts to each part are stapled. With the bookplate of Nils Fries. Volbracht 989. Stafleu 3436, ?It is questionable wether all five volumes were published in 1919. The title pages are not dated; the preface, dated Jun 1919, is repeated in each volume.? Uellner 840.
