Only printing. Stiff brown paper covers, cord-tied covers and contents. Title information and credits on front cover, with printed date of October 31, 1990, which was the date this musical opened on Broadway. Other than that there is no title page as such. The last collaboration of Kander and Ebb. NYPL Performing Arts has a typescript similarly dated October 31, 1990, but the pagination of their copy is different; this copy has three preliminary pages with the history of the incident, the cast, and a list of musical numbers, followed by 103 numbered pages. Possibly this was prepared for press distribution or privately created. The show ran first off-Broadway, then on Broadway for two months, and afterwards in London. No music is included, as in the NYPL copy.
