The text volume of a 2-volume set by the Keeper of the Department of Textiles at the V&A. This expands upon an earlier book in German by Neugebauer and Orendi, Handbuch der Orientalischen Teppichkunde. Although the volume of plates is missing, the text still is valuable as a historic and decorative arts resource. VG but with light rubbing to covers and pencil notations on back of first plate and on page 11. Otherwise, very clean and tight.
