Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. This first format book (bluish-gray binding, applique), is in VG- condition. The exterior is reasonably clean with mild bumps to the the head and heel of the spine, without fabric damage. The spine is mildly sunned (see photo), but the fabric does not seem to be weakened as a result. The interior (346 pages) is free of writing, stray marks, stains and page damage. Hinges are strong and the paper is quite flexible; frontis + 6 is intact. The front paste down has some glue-type residue running the entire length of the book outward about 2 inches from the spine.
