Staying with the travel theme of recent listings and more particularly, books about the Himalayas, I am pleased to offer a very nice copy of a richly illustrated book, titled, simply: Sikkim, from the World in Color Series, by Nazima and Earl Kowall. This large but slender, soft cover book (8 ½ x 11 inches, 84 pages) was published by the Guidebook Company Limited of Hong Kong, dated 1994. The book is cover to cover spectacular color photos. Condition: This book is in very good condition. There is just the slightest edge wear to the soft covers and some minor scuffing to their high-gloss covers. Inside, the book has a post-publication stamp on the first page disavowing the borders of India as shown in the book. Otherwise, it is clean and bright from cover to cover. The binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder.
