All books mailed with Delivery Confirmation in a heavy cardboard box. Gilt has faded from the front cover. Light wear at the spine ends. Contents are clean. Very good condition. The book is dedicated to the author's son "who gave his life off Savo Island November 13, 1942 while serving aboard the U. S. S. San Francisco." Many of the poems concern the Second World War and her departed son. There is no publication information in the book. Mrs. Lockwood was evidently living in Ohio when the book was published. Rare. Er studierte von 1971 bis 1979 Pädagogik, Soziologie und Psychologie. Anschließend folgte bis 1984 ein Studium der Philosophie, Kunstgeschichte und Ethnologie. Lauva erhielt das Arbeitsstipendium des Berliner Senats und verbrachte Arbeitsaufenthalte in Spanien, Italien, den USA, Indien, Nepal und im Künstlerhaus Schloß Plüschow. Seine Werke befinden sich in bedeutenden öffentlichen Sammlungen, wie der Berlinischen Galerie und der Arthothek Moskau. Er lebt und arbeitet seit 1972 in Berlin.
