    No Binding. Condition: Collectible-Very Good. Original billhead printed in black ink on light beige paper. Also includes handwriting in black ink. No date at top but there is a handwritten date of August 16, [19]00 at the bottom over a stamp showing the bill was paid. Location is Sacramento, California. 8 1/2" x 5 1/4." Billhead is very clean and intact except for light age toning, a few horizontal and vertical fold lines, offsetting on front, and a paper stub tipped in at right edge on back. A Very Good copy. An original billhead from Lavenson's of Sacramento, California to Frank Kunsting. Kunsting bought three line items, among which is "1 pair [--?] Rubber Boots." The printed header reads, "Bought of Lavenson's Dependable Footwear. 628 & 630 K St., Cor. Seventh." Printed text at the top reads, "Sole Agents for Laird SChober & Co.'s Famous Ladies, Misses and Children's Shoes; Hanan & Son's Celebrated Shoes.".
