Full Leather. Condition: Very Good. 391 pp, handsomely bound in full green morocco leather with gilt rules, initials of E. R. in gilt on the cover, turned leather edges with gilt florets at the corners of the inside front and back covers, marbled endpapers and all edges gilt. Previous owner's early bookplate neatly placed on the inside front cover.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt's copy SIGNED by him on the front endpaper "Franklin D. Roosevelt/Hyde Park/1927." On the front pastedown is the paper label used in Franklin Roosevelt's miniature book collection, this numbered "1232." Light foxing to endpapers with little effect on FDR's signature; slight separation between pages 32 and 33. Near Fine.
