"It is the purpose of this dissertation to bring together the facts which tell the story of the French Priests who came here after the outbreak of the the French Revolution. They exercised a considerable influence in ecclesiastical affairs and they had a large share in the organization of the Church in America." Small (6" x 9") soft cover book; 150 pages. The gray paper cover has some light soiling and two bumped corners. Pages are lightly tanned and have an old water stain along the bottom edges. Pages are smooth and unmarked. The binding is sound.
