Lion, Lilian Braithwaite And Milton Rosmer; It Was An Adaptation Of The Play The Chinese Puzzle Written By Lion And Marion Bower, Which Was An Adaptaion Of This Scarce Book .Ownership Signature Of Actor And Director Alan Hale Sr. (Born Rufus Edward Mackahan; 1892 - 1950), Who May Have Read It Relating To The 1932 Film Adaptation. He Is Best Remembered For His Many Character Roles, In Particular As A Frequent Sidekick Of Errol Flynn, As Well As Films Supporting Lon Chaney, Wallace Beery, Douglas Fairbanks, James Cagney, Clark Gable, Cary Grant, Humphrey Bogart, And Ronald Reagan.
