Their on copy wit their bookplate and a cream buckram slip-case with a second copy (bound in vream buckram lettered gilt at the spine) of the same book, this uncoloured, with an initialled note by Raymond Lister saying this is the only uncoloured copy. Printed by R. I. Severs Ltd.The colophon reads: 'The printing has been made in monochrome from photo-line engraved blocks taken from the original designs by Raymond Lister . who,assisted by his wife, Pamela, have illuminated and coloured them by hand.The following copies have been produced: 16 copies lettered A to Z and signed by the artist, for sale by the Golden Head Press Ltd. 10 copies numbered I to X for presentation.'
