Warmholtz Bibliotheca historica Sueo-Gothica 2500 for Messenius and 3246, the note, for Müller. Messenius' latin original, "Retorsio impostararum", was published the same year. It is an attack on Svaning's "Refutatio calumniarum" 1561, which was published under false name and is a critique of Johannes Magnus. The question had been arised by the Kalmar War in 1611. The translator Henrik Martin Kemner was born in Viborg and worked as a Swedish-Finnish priest in the Baltic States. The second work is from Schroderus' impressive output as a translator and the original, "Septentrionalische Historien", was published in 1585 and treats the wars in the Baltic States up until this year.
