Condition: Very good condition. A view of the important Chinese Temple in Macao taken from the water with a junk in the foreground and many sampans & junks moored in front of it, with visitors and temple flags waving. This lithograph appeared in Francis Hawk's 'Narrative of the Expedition of an American Squadron to the China Seas and Japan Performed in the years 1852, 1853, and 1854, under the Command of Commodore M. With masted sailing vessels in the harbor, church spires, dwellings, and flag flying from a hilltop fortress.
