Very good. 95 listed items. A celebrated bibliophile and student of history, bibliographer, reviewer, Leonard L. Mackall, M.D., served as president of the Georgia Historical Society in 1937. He studied at both Johns Hopkins and Harvard Law, and in Europe he continued his education at the Universities of Berlin and Jena. He was a member of the Grolier Club. He also helped edit the Bibliotheca Osleriana.

Condition: Very Good. Part of a set of only forty copies, this copy is in very good condition. The book is printed on Linotype Granjon on Worth Hand & Arrows paper. It is a fascinating item for those interested in colonial American maps, as this is a special copy of a book detailing one of the most important early figures in American engraving.
