With an unclipped cream dust jacket with black titles to spine and front and a colour illustration to front. 332 pp., with 8 black and white illustrations. The book is in good condition. There is minor shelf-wear to the extremities of the cover. The hinges are intact but the binding is a little slack. There is a dedication to the top corner of the ffep. There is minor foxing to the end papers and scattered through out the book, heavier to the edges. The dust jacket is poor with heavy shelf-wear to the extremities, with numerous chips, creases and tears. There is a 3" tear and associated creasing to the head of the spine and tanning to the spine.
