L'auteur prend modèle sur l'infrastructure mise en place par les allemands pour l'enseignement de l'agriculture, ainsi il divise son Rapport en 3 parties clairement distinctes : Enseignement supérieur, secondaire, puis primaire. Le présent manuscrit ne comprend que la première partie. Une très importante partie du manuscrit est consacrée à la description et l'analyse de l'École supérieure d'agriculture de Berlin. Ce chapitre est illustré de 4 photographies et d'une gravure montrant les différentes pièces et Instituts dont se compose cette École. Le dernier chapitre est la traduction du Programme des Études de l'Institut universitaire de Halle du professeur Kühn. Très bon état.
