Printed on endpapers are: physiological normals; names of proprietary drugs; and tables of approximate equivalents of doses. Attached to the front free endpaper is a note indicating that this was a gift from one of the editors, W. N. Mann, to Dr. Guy Lacy Schless (1929-2011), who was an endocrinologist for 55 years at Pennsylvania Hospital. William N. Mann (1911-2002) was the head of the Department of Medicine at Guy's Hospital, London. Mann also signed his name on the title page and Schless signed the front free endpaper verso. A heavy book; for international shipping, it will have to be sent by priority international. In Near Fine Condition: cover is slightly rubbed; pages are clean and tight.
