To the extent, however, that physicians who utilize ICDs are not sufficiently comfortable with or familiar with the engineering principles that guide ICD function, the full clinical potential of even an ideal device will not be realized. In comple mentary fashion, engineers require as full an appreciation as possi ble of the real world 'boundary conditions' and clinical impact of various ICD features, if the latter are truly to be perfected. This book is intended to serve as an educational tool to foster mutual understanding and communication among physicians, engineers, and other professionals involved in ICD therapy, with the ultimate purpose of enhancing patient care. März 1936 sowie ein zweites Buch (Bilder aus der Reformationsgeschichte der Mark Brandenburg', dieses ist hier ni…cht dabei) offenbar direkt beim Autor gekauft, wie das vorliegende, handschriftlich in Tinte ausgefüllte Rechnungsformular belegt, dieses trägt auch 3 Namensstempel des Autors, dabei ist eine undatierte handschriftliche Karte Lehmanns, in der er den Wunsch äußert, Kornrumpf werden die 2 bestellten Bücher Freude machen. - weiter vorliegend: maschinenschriftlicher Brief von Kornrumpf an Lehmann, datiert Mai 1936, in diesem bezieht er sich auf dessen Buch über die märkische Kirchengeschichte, äußert sich lobend und teilt einige Überlegungen und Anregungen mit (3 Blatt einseitig, nicht vom Absender signiert, 1. Seite mit der handschriftlichen Ergänzung des Absenders in Kugelschreiber (wohl von Hand Lehmanns). - das Papier ist gebräunt und mittig gefaltet, im Falz bis 10 cm eingerissen // Antwortbrief von Lehmann, datiert 25. Mai 1936, in dem er sich für die 'wohlwollende Kritik' bedankt und ausführlich darauf eingeht. -- weitere Karte von Lehmann an Kornrumpf, die offenbar ein Begleitschreiben zu einem weiteren überreichten Buch war, abgestempelt 15. 6. 1936. - im September 1936 veröffentlichte Lehmann die 'Kirchengeschichte der Mark Brandenburg von 1818 bis 1932' im Kranz-Verlag des Christlichen Zeitschriftenvereins Berlin. -- zum hier vorliegenden Werk 'Bilder aus der Kirchengeschichte der Mark Brandenburg vom Ausgang des Reformationsjahrhunderts bis zur dreihundertjährigen Reformationsfeier im Jahre 1817': veröffentlicht in der Vaterländischen Verlags- und Kunstanstalt, Berlin 1924, 8°, Original-Halbleinen mit 267 (1 Seiten) und einigen einfarbigen Tafeln, in Bleistift durchgearbeitet von Hans Kornrumpf, teils mit kurzen Randnotizen, auf die er sich in dem o. g.
